1. No pupil shall absent herself without obtaining leave previously expect in unavoidable circumstances. All Applications for leave shall be made to the Principal by her parent or guardian, by filling in the leave record given in the school calendar.
  2. During working hours no pupil shall leave her class room without permission of the class teacher.
  3. Permission to leave the school premises during working hours can be granted only by the Principal, on producing a letter of request from the parent or guardian.
  4. Pupils are responsible to the school authorities for their conduct within and outside the school. Irregular attendance, lack of punctuality, habitual idleness, disobedience or disrespect to members of the staff or bad moral influence on other children, all justify dismissal from the school.
  5. The students are expected to maintain the values taught by the school and preserve the mission and vision of the school.
  6. The school reserves the right to expel a student for indulging in misconduct, indiscipline, academic dishonesty or violation of any school policy, rule, regulation or procedure.
  7. Pupils who absent themselves from examinations without grave reasons will be considered as failed. No re-examination will be accorded to any pupil.
  8. Pupils are responsible for the care of their personal belonging. Pupil are not permitted to wear jewellery, school takes no responsibility for their losses.
  9. Damage done to furniture, library books, sports goods etc., must be paid for at the discretion of the Principal.
  10. A pass in the promotion examination alone, will not be sufficient for promotion. The marks secured in all tests and examinations throughout the year will be taken into account. Promotion will be decided on the basis of the marks obtained particularly in the quarterly, half yearly, and the final examinations.
  11. Day scholars are strictly forbidden to make any kind of exchange with boarder, viz, to buy things for them, carry letters etc.
  12. No books or magazine may be circulated in the school without previous permission from the principal.
  13. All are expected to speak English in School.
  14. Students who arrive later either at the time of re-opening or after vacation break are liable to pay a penalty by the management. Normal medical certificates in support of late arrivals will not be accepted.
  15. Pupils are forbidden to bring huge sum of money, mobiles and other electronic gadgets to school.
  16. Parents are expected to maintain decorum while speaking with the Management, Principal and staff.
  17. BOARDING PARENTS are strictly forbidden to enter the school campus during school working hours.
  18. Parents are requested to avoid making appointment with doctors during working hours.
  19. Unnecessary permissions during class hours will not be granted.
  20. Parents are requested to pay the term wise school fee correctly without any delay.
